Using Google's Calculator
Google is the most popular search engine and I am sure many of you use it for your searches.
What you may not know is that Google has a built-in calculator. In addition to the usual “desktop calculator” functions, the Google Calculator will also do conversions for you.
For instance, you can convert Centigrade to Fahrenheit, litres to gallons, etc. It will even convert to and from Roman Numerals!
Try entering the following:
- 6*3+30/(2+3)
- 30 gallons in litres
- 25 C in F
- 3 cups in ounces
- 325 km in miles
- 2009 in roman
You can enter these calculations and conversions in the search box at the Google web page itself or on the Google toolbar.
