Don’t Ignore
All, Add to Dictionary
When
you spell check an email, document, spreadsheet or presentation, do you find
yourself ignoring the same names and technical terms over and over again?
Rather than ignoring them each time, why not add them to the dictionary.
Then the spell checker will not flag them as being misspelled and you'll finish
spell checking more quickly.
To add a word to the dictionary when running the Spell Checker, click on the
Add to Dictionary button (Add button in earlier versions).
