Keyboard shortcut for Print Preview
If
you use Print Preview to preview your documents and spreadsheets before
printing, you may find this shortcut useful.
The
keyboard shortcut for Print Preview is Ctrl+F2. This works in all
versions of Word and in Excel 2007. Want to stay mouseless and still close Print Preview? Press Esc.
