Eliminating Windows' Confirm Delete prompt

Every time you delete a file or folder from your hard drive, Windows displays a prompt "Are you sure you want to send 'filename' to the Recycle Bin?" and you have to click on Yes if you want to delete the file.  If you do not often accidentally delete files, you can speed things up by eliminating this prompt.

To eliminate the delete confirmation prompt:
 - Right-click on the Recycle Bin icon on the Desktop
 - Select Properties
 - Deselect Display delete confirmation dialog
 - Click on OK

The files you delete still go into the Recycle Bin and you can still retrieve them from there if you accidentally delete something.
