Microsoft Outlook & Outlook 2007 Training Courses
Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager and communication program that lets you manage your email, calendar and contacts in one place.
Outlook consists of six different components: email, calendar, contacts, tasks, notes, journal. Email, calendar and contacts are the key features of Outlook and the main focus of our courses.
Introduction to Outlook (or Outlook 2007)
Prerequisite: Several months experience with the Windows environment.

Outlook Intermediate
Prerequisite: Outlook Introduction course or over six months using the software on a regular basis. A good knowledge of the Windows environment is also useful.
