survey your staff and analyze the results to help you determine
how to get the best value for your training dollar.
Example:
A company with about 100 employees who wanted to provide
training but were unsure of the courses and levels to offer.
All users completed skills assessment forms for Windows and
the relevant Microsoft Office products. We compiled the results
in an Excel spreadsheet that was used to identify the courses
that would be most useful for employees.
