Do you ever enter text in a document or email and then want to change the case?\u00a0 Maybe it\u2019s an acronym or a company name that should be in uppercase and you typed it in lowercase.\u00a0 Or someone\u2019s name that isn\u2019t in title case.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s the quickest way to change the case?\u00a0 Select the text and press Shift+F3.\u00a0 Shift+F3 cycles between lowercase, Title Case and UPPERCASE.<\/p>\n

If you select an entire sentence (or several sentences), then the options are lowercase, Sentence case and UPPERCASE.<\/p>\n

This shortcut works in Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
