Here\u2019s a quick way to select paragraphs in Word.<\/p>\n

If you move your mouse pointer into the left margin it will change to a white arrowhead.\u00a0 As you probably know you can double-click next to a paragraph and the whole paragraph is selected.<\/p>\n

To select several paragraphs, do a double-click and drag.\u00a0 What, you ask, is a double-click and drag?\u00a0 It\u2019s similar to a double-click but on the second click you hold the button down so you can drag.\u00a0 So, press, release, press.\u00a0 Then drag up or down in your document and entire paragraphs are selected.<\/p>\n
