Let\u2019s say you set up a recurring appointment or meeting and one of the occurrences falls on a stat holiday.\u00a0 You want to move that one occurrence to the next business day.<\/p>\n

Quickest thing to do is drag it to the following day and click on the Yes button to change just that occurrence.<\/p>\n

If you open the series and change something, the changes will be applied to all occurrences, including the one you moved to a different date.<\/p>\n

This approach of creating a recurring appointment and then moving individual appointments using drag and drop would also work if there was no pattern to the events.<\/p>\n

Let’s say I had an appointment that recurred five times but the recurrences didn’t fit any pattern.\u00a0 I could create a recurring appointment and then move all of the individual appointments to a new day using drag and drop.\u00a0 Outlook still lets me open the series and make changes, if needed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
