I have several email accounts, one of which I have had for over 20 years and I hardly ever use it these days. Emails sent to it are still delivered to my Inbox and in the last few weeks I’ve noticed an increase in Junk Mail sent to this account.
I now divert the emails sent to this account into a folder and every few days I check to see if there is anything worth reading. I usually just delete the emails and I know I’ll never want to read them. I want to bypass Deleted Items and permanently delete them.
How do you bypass Deleted Items and permanently delete email in Outlook? Press and hold Shift when you press Delete or click on the Delete button.
Use this with caution, of course, because permanently delete means exactly that. 🙂
