Keyboard shortcut to preview a file in File Explorer

As I’m working with File Explorer, or Windows Explorer as it is called in the earlier versions of Windows, I occasionally want to have a quick look at a file before opening or printing it.

There is a Preview pane button on the View tab in the Panes group but if I’m already on the keyboard, I use a keyboard shortcut: Alt+P. When I’m finished with the preview, I just use Alt+P again to close the pane.

This keyboard shortcut also works in the Open dialog box of programs like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
