You might have run across the situation in Outlook where you want to copy attachments from one email to another? Maybe you’ve received an email from a supplier and you want to send the attachments to a customer. You don’t want to just forward the email from your supplier so you create a new message to the customer.
What’s the most efficient way to copy the attachments from one email to another? Just drag them!
- Open the email containing the attachments
- Create a new message
- Position the two messages so you can see them both
- Select the attachments you want to copy using the Ctrl key or press Ctrl+A to select them all
- Drag the attachments to the body of the new message

Voila! The attachments are copied to the new message you created.
